You can choose which components to install during the first operating system installation. To add or remove unnecessary components use the Add or Remove Programs wizard in the Control Panel.

Marked blue components are needed only for the diskless terminals boot by network, they don't refer to the terminals service. No other components are necessary for a computer to become a terminal server. Moreover, adding some functions (Active Directory, DNS) to the terminal server functionality will bring you additional problems. I do recommend you not to get into touch with the Active Directory and the internal DNS while you have one-two servers, and advise to create the dedicated server for AD when the number of servers becomes three-four or greater.
